We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own the discovery, roadmap execution, and long-term commercial success of our customer-facing digital features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a structured, data-informed product roadmap aligned with overall company business objectives.

• Conduct deep user research, competitive benchmarking, and continuous user testing to uncover core audience pain points.

• Draft comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and track engineering sprints from ideation to shipping.

• Analyze core product metrics (MAU, retention, conversion funnels) to continuously iterate and optimize the user lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience within an agile software environment.

• Strong structural understanding of system engineering and UX design principles.
