Inside Our Process: From Brief to Brand

Week One Is All Questions

Clients are often surprised that our first week produces no visuals at all. We spend it interviewing stakeholders, reviewing old materials, and mapping out who the brand actually needs to convince. Skipping this step is the fastest way to produce beautiful work that solves the wrong problem.

Design Happens in Public

From week two onward, the client sees everything — including directions we ultimately kill. It slows the early weeks down slightly, but it means the final presentation is never a surprise. By the time we reach delivery, the client has effectively already signed off on the thinking, not just the picture.
